Shipping policy

Core Timepieces offers shipping in the United States from USPS, UPS, and DHL. Buyer is responsible for any international shipments fees.

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed and tracking to be issued for your shipment.

This rarely happens, but if an item is damaged on its journey to you, contact our customer support team (sales@coretimepieces.com). We will immediately replace your product free of charge!

The return policy for all products is as the following: All products must be in original packaging, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, buyer is responsible for any duties, buyer is responsible for 15% restocking fee and returned product must pass inspection before buyer receives credit. All products must be returned within 15 days to qualify for a refund.
