Refund policy

At Core Timepieces, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our collection. Because our inventory is limited runs we maintain a strict policy regarding returns.

Please note: We do not offer monetary refunds. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Exchange and Store Credit Only

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for Store Credit or an Exchange for another timepiece of equal or greater value (with the price difference paid by the customer).

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the following conditions must be met:

Timeline: The item must be returned within 5 days of the original delivery date.

Condition: The timepiece must be in original, unworn condition with no scratches, blemishes, or alterations (including resizing of bracelets).

Packaging: All original packaging, boxes, warranty cards, manuals, and protective films must be intact and included.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping costs.  Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

3. Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the piece. If the item meets our eligibility criteria, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5–7 business days.
