Great, fun design. Nice weight. Love that it has a screw down crown.
The item was great. I would have bought the automatic if it was available. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that you cannot see the switchblade detail or the blood hand on the red dial version. why they would use different switchblade hands is beyond me.
I've had this watch for several months now and I can't believe the quality I get for the price. A true divers watch disguised as a fun fashion piece. Always a conversation starter.
Love the watch itself (though I do have minor quibbles there as well), not a big fan of the NATO strap. My quibbles being... 1. The red dial version (the most attractive by far) has some just off color choices. The red of the dial and the red of the second hand are so close in tone it creates some legibility issues at a glance, and the solid black handset means that you need the light to hit it just right before it's even clear that it's a switch blade (hiding one of the coolest parts of this design. I would have loved it if they'd used the same white handset as on the white dial model, and gone with a darker or even metallic red on the dial to make the second hand stand out better. The white dial version fixes these issues, but doesn't have quite the edginess I feel like this piece deserves. 2. The changed company name/logo is a bummer. That old name and logo really worked witht he design and stood out. The new one is just kinda... there. It almost made me wish I'd saved my money and tracked down one of the old model on the second-hand market. 3. The strap feels incredibly cheap and started showing signs of wear after only putting it on/taking it off TWICE, which is just ridiculous. I couldn't wait to swap it onto another strap. But otherwise, I love the uniqueness of the design, the weight to it, etc.
Lotta fun. Still wearing it, haven't hit day (sin) 7 yet but I've got no good reason to take it off. Got a feeling the Sins will be seeing a lot of summer wrist time with the 30atm water resistance. Guys in the house like it a lot, ladies eh...
